PurchaseTerms and Conditions

1. Pls check the cell phone frequencies in your country and our product specifications before purchase.

2. The range is influenced by the strength of the cell phone signal from cell phone base stations. The signal must be < 80dB in the location according to EU and USA standards.

3. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that they have the legal right to import these products before purchasing from us. Upon purchasing, the customer becomes wholly liable for any legal issues that may occur as a result of the importation and/or use of these products in the destination country. We are not responsible for any custom confiscation.

4. We do not accept cancellations or returns for refund or credit.

5. All our products are tested before shipping and at its best working condition, however, if the product is ever defected, We will check the return unit for material or production defect and repair or replace it. Otherwise, repair cost and return freight will be charged. No refunds issued.

6. You will receieve an email from us within 24 hours after you place the order to confirm shipping details, you MUST reply to our email before we can ship out your order.  If you do not receive the confirmation email from us, please contact us at sales@infostream.biz or cellphonejammer@gmail.com

7.Orders are usually shipped on the same day after confirmation of your phone number and address. Please make sure you have a confirmed address with paypal.

8. No shipments on weekends or public holidays due to post office is closed.

9. We ship by international EMS, Fedex, DHL or any courier you specify. Please provide your account number if you would like the shipping cost to be charged to your account.
